Please complete the information on the application form. (A copy of your rabies vaccination papers is required.)
Then, either…mail application with a check to the Village Hall, or deliver it in-person to the Village Hall. Village Hall hours are: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday.
Note: For those of you who mail in the application, we will mail your tags, receipts and license. If your dog no longer lives with you please notify us so we can make our changes and not bother you in the future.
Spayed/Neutered Dogs: $15.00 by March 31st of the current license year ($18.00 April 1st and after) Not Spayed/Neutered Dogs: $25.00 by March 31st of the current license year ($28.00 April 1st and after) Please keep in mind that dogs are required to be licensed by March 31 of the current license year and if not the owner is subject to receiving a citation and fine for not having their dog licensed.
